Abstract

The Biolaw may exceed the scope of health law, which is related to the human health. In any case, issues in the ¡°biomedical law¡± and legal liability are including the biomedical components of medical law. Regardless of its issues, the biomedicine and the biolaw, that in any case also deals with legal issues in biomedicine, have evolved with each apparently independently border matters.
It is essentially related to the problem about the intersections between medicine in the traditional sense and biology. Thus, biomedicine is covered by the new biomedical fields such as molecular biology and cell biology, but here are probably purely anthropological studies as well as research with regard to the interests of insurance, advertising industry and those of law enforcement. Biomedicine is at least part of the medicine until the birth, which also centered around the death of the human medicine and transplantation and transfusion medicine.
The exemplary legal aspects of liability to the biomedicine will be investigated; the protection of embryos, the medically assisted procreation, the transplantation and the protection of man and self-determination at the end of life.
